Hi, new to this part
I got this Kona Impact 9 months ago, which is new still in mint condition.

i get services and upgrades my bike with a new front chain gear at my local Kona dealer a week ago.

after one week the derailleur snapped off and scratch the frames and did some other damage to the bike.

i dont do crazy off-roading and such. Mostly light downhill, city road and offroad.

what is the chances this to happen?

Chances are pretty good, I'd day - I did the same to my Hoss, breaking chain, derailleur, hanger, and cassette all in one fell swoop.

Stuff happens. We had a kid break his hanger the first day he got his Shred. He was hopping onto park benches, and missed. We had to rob the hanger off one of the bikes on the floor since we just ran out.
