I own a Surly KM and my first thought was to buy a Pugsley fork and LM for the front. Then I could build a LM for the rear and run a 26x2.7 in the back.

Any one running a set up like this on a KM? What issues will I have to address?

The Pugsley's fork has an axle to crown of 447mm and the KM is 468mm.

You'll be steepening the front end, unless the rear tire's diameter is about 20mm less in overall diameter when compared to whatever tire you plan on running (I think the Endomorph is similar in diameter to a 29x2.3 or so).

That'll still drop your bb.

You could put a taller headset on it as well, like a Cane Creek S+5, but that only gets you a quarter of the way.
