Klunkerz Showing in the East Bay for our Tour de Cure Team

Three years ago, I lost a good friend to diabetes. Afterwards, I wanted to find a way to get involved in helping fight this illness.
I and a bunch of my riding friends formed a team for the Tour de Cure bike ride in Napa and the first year we raised almost $9,000.00
This year, our goal is $15,000 and one of our fund raising efforts is going to be a movie night.
We'll be showing Klunkerz (www.klunkerz.com) and selling raffle tickets. We've got a bunch of pretty cool raffle prizes and it's going to be a fun time.
Just wanted to open it up to anyone that was interested. It's March 19th at 6:00pm
The flyer below has more information.

Raffle Opportunities

Hey RZIMS - the Diabetes Association is a cool organization to fundraise for - I don't have anything going on the 19th, so I'll swing by. Do you have an idea of what kinds of things you'll be raffling off?
yeah, it should be a fun event. We've got ipods, bike shop gift certs, tshirts, hats, etc...the usual raffle prize kinda stuff.....hope to see ya there
Klunkerz Movie Night

Excellent - I'm looking forward to it. How much are you selling raffle tickets for? and Can I bring my wife/Children along to see the movie too?
Just a quick note to bump this thread....
This Saturday we're showing Klunkerz to raise funds for our Tour de Cure team. 100% of proceeds will go directly to the Diabetes Association....we're hoping to raise $15,000 to fight this disease
We'll be raffling off a bunch of cool stuff
come on out and support us!!!

Thanks
ok, last bump before the event - east bay guys and gals come see Klunkerz, support our Tour de Cure team and win some cool raffle prizes....

One of the cool silent auction items we have is an original movie poster signed by some of the riders....Billy really hooked us up with this one....(thanks man)
Honestly can't tell who all signed it but I can read Gary Fisher, Mike Sinyard and Joe Breeze.....there are other signatures, but these guys write like I do and I can't tell who it is....
thanks - yeah, I agree...
When we first started the idea of the fund raiser movie night, we were going to show Race Across the Sky, but their licensing fee was 500 bones.
I emailed Billy and not only did he waive the fee, he hooked us up with a couple discounted copies as raffle prizes then came up with this awesome gem...

Very cool guy! I just hope we get some people to show up in this weather.....
