...on the spot cat rescue. Another rider stopped just after I did. A poor lady was getting a bit frantic. She had no phone. I called 911, they put in a call to Animal Control. The other rider flagged down an officer that just happened to be driving by. I held the cat from behind, he used some bolt cutters to open up the fence and the cat took off!

Our cat passed away when caught in a fence like this. It was horrifying.

I am very glad to hear of two better outcomes to this situation.
