the trails are not covered with leaves yet....but......it is suppose to rain hard tomorrow which could bring leaves down. Darling Hill like always actually rides better after rain fall. they do leave blow up there but my guess is if they fall tomorrow might be hard to clear them that fast.
Rode yesterday and the trails are mixed. The more popular trails on the west side are leaf free but trails like East Bracnh and Pines had some leaf cover. Not too bad though. Still rode them fast. Today is raining and will definitely bring down more leaves but most of the trees are still green so it cannot be too bad.
Turned out to be epic on Saturday at Waterworks w/ Wulf, Ari, Scott, Kyle and Nate! The fast riders showed us how its done in VT and the loops were nothing short of spectacular. Not affected at all by 1/2 inch of rain and actually made for some nice loamy "pillow sections" coming down off the hill. The shuttle run from Jason was icing on the Waterbury cake and just held on up and down Perry Hill! Great crew of riders made for an unforgettable journey that must be done again!! The Banger Bros will return!
