Will be in New England next week, could possibly arrange a swing through Vermont to Kingdom Trails but would need to "sell" this to the wife and daughter. They are not bikers. Anything else in the local area - artsy fartsy shopping, whatever?
Kingdom Trails - anything for the wifey?

Not a lot of artsy - fartsy shopping near Kingdom Trails unless you want to drop them in Stowe on the way up. Other possibility might be to drop them in Burlington (Church Street Marketplace) and hit either Waterbury trails or Hinesburg Town Forest (each are 35-45 minutes from Burlington).
