does the 5yr warranty cover the soft freehub body which eventually gets chewed up from a cassette?
it's been a week since a e-mail was sent to them, no reply back.
i've heard they changed the material to steel now.
my rear hub has just turned 3yrs old.
had to pry off the cassette.

I don't *think* they've changed the cassette body to steel. It's always been an option and suggested for heavier people. You should try calling them instead. However, I don't think it'll be a warranty item.

thanks,sorta what i figured

they can keep their increase's. i'll support hadley now.
it'd make more sense on a 5yr warranty hub to use the stainless and have the tin foil upgrade for the feather weights.

My drive shell started getting chewed right away. It's not bad but I didn't expect it. The shell on my XMXLs is mark free after more than a year of use. Go figure.
