And now, a cyclist cut off by a turning ute lands safely in the tray. [A ute in Australia is not a ginormous dump truck like here, it is a passenger vehicle with an open bed, kinda like the old El Camino.]

The first looks like the driver moved right and struck the cyclist to respond to a fast oncoming motorcycle forgetting that he had a cyclist there. Not the brightest driver apparently.

The second makes me wonder why there was no charge of leaving the scene. Besides failure to yield, the non-stopping with a guy in the pickup bed is just wrong. There may be no citation for really stupid driving.
