My brother recently got a deal on a khs xc 904 r but it didn't come with the shock or any mounting hardware. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what kind of shock would fit this bike and where I could find the bushings/reducers and the bolts? I think it's a 2002 and it's a small frame if that helps. Thanks!

Pretty sure those ran 6.5" x 1.5" shocks...might check with Cane Creek on the mounting hardware

As a data point, the newer XC204/604 etc. do indeed use a 6.5" x 1.5" shock. Can't comment specifically on the 904r....

yes any 6.5x1.5 shock will work.
