KHS Team ST

Ok well I just wanted to get your opinion on this bike, it comes with xt f&r derailleur crank, and bottom bracket, avid 7's brakes and levers and lx shifters and a 03 sid shock, for 900, I know this is a pretty good deal, what would you upgrade on it, i've got about 300 dollars to upgrade at the begining because i'm pretty interested in this bike...i'm thinking wheelset, becasue its kinda weak, and maybe 04 xt shifters as well as a chris king headset...let me know..thanks
