1ST ANNUAL KEYESVILLE VINTAGE FAT TIRE GATHERING!
MARCH 11TH -13TH 2005
</h>

We will have the First Annual Keyesville 3-day Vintage Fat Tire Gathering in conjunction with the 17th Annual Keyesville Classic mountain bike race!

Located near Lake Isabella in the Southern Sierra's of California! There are 100's of miles of California's best singletrack trails. In addition to all the great races and activities, there will also be a ride for classic bikes only, a vintage mountain bike show on Sunday, and all of us collectors will be camped together.

This is a FREE event with FREE camping unless you decide to enter the Keyesville Classic mountain bike race. It's a fun event with a fantastic outdoor atmosphere!

This will be our first vintage gathering and by next year we hope to have a vintage class added to the racing - and hopefully even a swap meet sponsored by our camp.

The Keyesville Classic is located in a beautiful primitive camping area to create the atmosphere of early mountain bike races.

Come join us and be a part of velo history for the First 3- day Vintage Fat Tire Gathering!

Alright you freakers

will my late 90s Breezer Lightening pass muster? Did a rider there years ago and it stills flagerizes my mind from time to time.

Steady weight gainer . . .

Thanks man!

That's an incredible level of enthusiasm for my bike! My cheep ego isn't detered however. Just need to overcome the obstacles -- gettin' my arsse out there early in the a.m. and, more broadly, not forgetting the weekend altogether. Blackouts suck. Might want some suggestions too. Some parts, to me, just aren't quite right and obviously so.

Hyper calm. And my feet smell like cheese.

Sweet!

I've been wanting to organize one these up here for a while now. I think I can draw off of the Bay area crowd and get a decent turn out. To little notice to be there this year, but I'll be signing up for the retro race next year!

OK, the latest news is that Keith Bontrager will be coming by the event on Sunday to shake hands and autograph bikes!

WOW, i have had a lot of people commit to going. it really looks like these's going to be a ton of vintage bikes there. Mountain Bike Action said they would do their best to come and do a story on this event too. if you are coming up bring whatever you might have that will hold a bike upright for display. two weeks away!

Yep, the Goat will be there. I'll have a couple of others too, but not sure what. I'll likely ride my old Fisher on the retro ride.
