Kernville's Dutch Flat Shuttle acces........

X post from socal forum. Sorry, but not many people checking out that forum and i always get good responses over here.
Anyone know if you can shuttle Dutch Flats? I hiked up it from the campgrounds last time, but it was a long steep hike. Any roads that will take you to the top?
