I'm not going to do it, but what changes would it mean for the Endo or any other Knolly to support the rear Maxle standar? Would it just mean different dropouts, or something else?

I don't plan on doing that, but just wondering.

Different dropouts. I believe the thread pattern is different than a standard thru-axle.
