Tires : Front Nobby Nic 2.25 - Rear Nevegal 2.10 Sticky compound
Saddle : WTB DEVO Carbon

But should i go for the MOOTS Laidback seatpost,or Ritchey WCS Carbon.
The Ritchey would match better (colourwise) But i reaally dig the MOOTS

What do you think?

Seriously...... Get a Gravity Dropper. It's the only post that'll enhance your riding experience like no other upgrade. You owe it to yourself to slap one on your new baby.

edit: After re-reading your post... and looking at your seatpost choices... the issue for you may be weight. I'd still get the GD... more weight, but way more fun and confidence.

Here in Denmark the highest "peak" is about 150meters:madmax:
So we dont have big downhills,there is a lot of singletrack with small ups
and downs.

About the ride! its a GREAT ride :thumbsup:
I traded it for my Intense 5.5 and im so happy
I liked the 5.5 but never really loved it!
But with the Moment i fell in love right away.
I have to admit that the 5.5 was very quick,but it lacked something.
The Moment climbes better - decents better and the suspension rocks
Just my kind of bike

I will post pictures when i get the new handlebar/brakes/seatpost/saddle
Right now it has El Caminos/ Easton CNT riserbar/ and cheap Felt saddle and seatpost:nono:

A Gravity Dropper post is a good choice if you think you'll ever be lowering your seat during a ride. Otherwise, I'm a fan of Thomson posts.

The Moots is a fantastic piece, but not worth it for a long travel bike, in my opinion. I personally think of a Moots post as being most useful on a hardtail.

Congrats on your purchase. The Moment is a great bike.

For pure Bling and super ULTRA durability go Moots.I have ridden the GD and it is nice as well.Great bike you have,enjoy it and best of luck no matter your decision !!

That's exactly the situation where the GD helps the most. If you have long downhills it's no problem to stop and lower or raise the seat. But quick little downs followed by steep ups are where the GD excels.

I was planning on building a very light Moment,but
i think the extra weight from the GD will be worth it.

I believe that it's spec'd at 450g for the 350mm post... including all hardware and cable.

I like the seatpost so much that I'm about to order a second post for my other bike (my uber-light Top Fuel 110).
