Helped me get some hardware recently and it was excellent customer service. That kind of stuff helps to keep customers for sure!

Thanks for the kind words, guys. We read these posts, and they mean a lot.

One related note: don't be afraid to use that live chat function on our website. We have a handful of customer service reps on there from 8am to 5pm (AZ time) every weekday, and they can get you answers very fast.

I'd agree, but I haven't had to call Pivot in a couple of years as my Les has been completely trouble free. The best service is no service! This makes that new Mach 4 that much more enticing :)
