ok so i have just aquired this 00 judy race for my beater ss rig and i need to know how much of what oil to put in it. any ideas?

Per the Rock Shox manual--4 ounces of 5 wt oil in each side.

would a different weigh oil make a differance for people of different weight?

RS specifically recommends going to 10 or 15 wt. for "tuning." Generally, the heavier you are, the higher weight oil will suit you.
