[Klein Freak]

I bought a set of White Industries ENO cranks, and the last piece to this puzzle is finding the right square taper bottom bracket. Before I go out and buy one - most likely a Phil Wood - what spindle length is recommended for proper chainline? I'm running a King SS rear hub if it matters. Thanks!
