While they are not as good as the current competitors but I would not call it suck. Still using my original Speedball-r

At $125 they're acceptable. I am sure many have had different experiences. I am just still bitter from my short relationship with my Joplin.

I have 4 Speedball/ Joplin only one had to be sent back to Maverick, the others were great. Only issue I have is converting from lever to remote, it took me a few hours before I gave up then took it to 3 bike shop all 3 broke their tool(pin punch).

Given the number of product failures you hear about CB products, a half price seatpost still doesn't sound like such a good idea.

Oh, yeah, "but their customer service is great!"

and buy a KS or Reverb.....not wise to spend money if it is going to break and make riding miserable.
