Johnson Ranch/Froom in SLO

Did I read somewhere that they have been working on the trail between Irish Hills and Johnson Ranch in SLO? I looked on the CCCMB site and done google searches, but can't find anything. I would swear I read somewhere that CCCMB has been working on it.

Trail is in the planning stages but I dont think any actual work has been done yet.
