Sounds like a nightmare in the making. Wonder if they’ll do warranty work.

$130 for a fork lower leg service and damper bleed and they don't even pull the air spring.
And it's Jenson, no thanks. :ROFLMAO:

If you can't do that stuff yourself, at least take it to a local shop you trust and can look in the eye.

I'd take my chances on almost ANY suspension service center vs virtually any LBS. I want someone who does suspension work full time and has seen everything that can go wrong. Few shops have enough work to keep an experienced pro on staff. And even less likely to stock parts.

Not many LBS's around here do damper service, nor would I feel they are competent enough.

I send my suspension stuff to a dedicated suspension shop, Fluid Focus, which isn't too far from me anyway.

That said, Jensons basically IS my LBS. I ride next to the warehouse all the time, whenever I buy parts I just walk in and get them before my ride. I usually end up having a couple people behind the counter talk to me about riding since several of them follow me on Strava :ROFLMAO:
Wow, I guess I have been lucky enough to always live in places with awesome local shops.
I'd never send anything out except for major custom tuning like Vorsprung Tractive, Avalanche, etc
