don't waste your time with jensonusa.com and their price match is a farce. Tree fort bikes will price match and they have better customer service.
I had jenson price match a set of rebas for me. They took almost $200 off there price. They just didn't give me a free headset like the deal that was going on if I paid full price but i was ok with that. I had to fill out a form on a page and they e-mailed me back when I got approved with a special link to the item with the price matched price on it. Did you try this?

Had two items price matched without any issue. On one of the other items (pedals) they were they lowest i could find. One of the pedals was defective when I got the shipment. I called and they cross shipped me new pedals and credited me return shipping to my CC. Very impressed with their customer service and will always buy there if possible now.

i've pricematched hundreds of times. usually i'll search the net for what i want and if they have it at jenson, i'll pricematch it and buy it there. but i only think this way because they sponsor these forums.

I just got turned down on a price match at Tree Fort on a pair of SIDI Megas.
They wouldn't price match from Trisports.com.
The Trisports price was sale priced.
They offered me 2% off.......
Make it 5 and maybe I would have purchased.
Having said that I still think Tree Fort has great prices/service
and usually is my go to place to order on line.

Jenson has always been great with price matches for me and for the most part Treefort has also been good - except last week when they wouldn't match Jenson's price on the direct mount XT front derailleur. I got the message "we simply can't go that low". I can't blame them since Jenson's price was ridiculously low.

 to both of them.

The only times I have been juked by a Jenson price match were for Chain Reaction (no go because overseas) and something that was sold via an Amazon partner - a deal where someone like company X is part of the Amazon storefront and is actually fulfilling the order.

In both cases Jenson explained why the price match was denied and they were very polite/nice about it.

I purchased the "2010" Easton Havoc AMs from Jensen but after receiving the wheelset from them I noticed the model year was actually '09 so I called and they refunded me the difference b/t bikebling's price (lowest price found online). It was cool that they did that, but I think they label some stuff with different model years so they don't have to price match. BTW they still are advertising the wheelsets as 2010s.
