I injured my IT Bands this spring. I laid off the bike for a month and did the stretch and massage routine. I started feeling good and doing some easy spinning with no problems. Thinking I could go harder I did 2 rides at a little more intensity. Mistake! I'm wondering how long a layoff should I expect to need to fully recover? Could my fall races be out of the question? I know everyone is different, but I am looking for any advice. Thanks
