No. Is the shock making a swooshy sound or feel notchy? Chances are you have a blown damper.

Probably something broken inside but here is one other trouble shooting step- Check to see if the lever assembly has play in and out of the shock and that it is completely seated in the shock (as far in as possible) . Then check the set screw ( 1.5mm hex) that holds the lever assembly in the shock mount area.

Hi guys, this is a new bike from bikesonline (Siskiu T8) so I am not going to touch anything. I waited nearly 2 months for this bike just to be disappointed.

There are a few other damages to the bike so I am returning it.

I will just get a Trance when they come in stock again.
