I am buying a new bottom bracket, this is a 100mm shell.

Is this just a normal, thread on bottom bracket?

Looks like a normal thread in BB to me. Uses the ISIS/SHimano BB threaded cups tool to remove.

Normal in this case means left hand thread on the drive side. Right hand thread on the non-drive side.

Can't find the YouTube watch history since they changed the format..... but go look up lovemtb on Youtube. He just did a video a few days ago, or yesterday?, on replacing a BB of that style. Not sure if that's what you need to do, but it may be helpful.
