Hey guys,

I have a pair of Magura MT2's on my Cube and they've lost a lot of braking power compared to when I got the bike in the fall of 2013.

I have switched out one of the brake discs and cleaned the brake pads with no luck. The pads measure more than the 2.5mm that Magura says you should replace them at.

Loose levers
Another thing is that the grip in the brake levers is not as tight as it used to be (It's not so loose that I can pull the levers all the way to the handlebar, but just feels like they are too loose), so I assume my problem has to do with the hydraulic pressure ... And that it's time for me to do my first hydraulic disc brake bleeding.

Does this mean it's time to bleed the brakes?
I'm asking just to make sure this is most likely the problem before I go ahead and order the bleed kit. Or could it be something else?

If the pads and rotors are not glazed up and adjusted properly, I would flush the old break fluid and put in fresh as Brake fluid as my next step.
