Pics of the top of the seatstays and seat cluster and also the front of the headtube should atleast help. Tough to say from those pictures. My first guess would be no though.

If it is a goat and steel with that geometry I would guess it to be a joule.

Have him give you a serial number off the bottom of the bb...that should help figure out which bike it is.

I doubt that will work Rumpfy. that is a super thick (ugly) textured powder coat job. i dont think you will be able to see that serial number through it.
