I'm thinking of maoving near Oxford/ Henderson and I noticed Kerr Reservoir. The reservoir in Baltimore County (MD.) where I live is some of the best riding in the state. SO I wondered if Kerr Res.had good trails and legal riding. Thanks!

Kerr reservoir is home to Dark Mountain trails built by the Brushy Mountain Cyclist Club.
Great riding! Roughly 15 milies of trail with a pretty fair amount of elevation change.

Check here for trail maps and such, and here for trail reviews.

wyatt is referring to John H. Kerr, while Dark Mountain is at W. Kerr Scott. Two different reservoirs in two different parts of the state.

Oops. I Googled "Kerr Reservoir" to doublecheck before I posted and only got the one solid hit.

If the OP ever gets over to W. Kerr Scott reservoir, the riding is quite good!

Searching online I made the same mistake confusing the two areas. It seems like there must be trails around a reservoir, whether they are legal is another matter. Thanks folks.
