FYI

The trails in Northern DE and surrounding areas are somewhat thawed out, but very very wet. I dipped my front wheel into the first 10 feet of two different adjacent trail systems and they were very very wet, like sink your wheel two inches into the mud wet. Heck, a gravel fireroad leading into one of these trail systems is very wet and middy!

Just wanted to share. Your results will not vary.

just got back from a ride at Fairhill, soft everywhere and only really squishy in a few spots but not terrible. I wasnt making significant ruts so I kept riding. Bike accumulated very little mud. It was terrible in a few places though, horse traffic made some spots pretty bad and unrideable in a few spots
