Yes it is possible, not sure how difficult but you can always make custom brackets to accomplish the job, so defiantly possible. Just not sure if practical.

Hayes, Avid and most other do make adapters you can use to run larger rotors. You can order one online or, better yet, have your LBS order you one. Shouldnt be more than 20-25 bucks.

The Lefty uses IS disc mounts. You can use whatever you want.

What about the lefty hubs? I think that somewhere I read they were like 5 bolts rather than 6 bolts, but I can be terrible wrong.

Use to be 4-bolt when they used their own Coda brakes. Have been IS 6-bolt for some years.
