Spin class in sweats and tennies: 0.9x
Riding with your SO: 1.2x
Riding with your friend's SO: 1.5x we'll stop there.
Estrogen (this includes men with monthly injections): 1.1x
Rain ride: 1.2x
Nekkid at FO: 400mi bonus

A very good result would be north of the Nekkid bonus.

Can we take measurements of my wife's and my relative efforts and power output while we're on the tandem? I have a feeling my "with SO" multiplier should be a little higher. Just a feeling I have, perhaps based on how I ride a lot and she rarely rides, yet when we're on our tandem I'm drowning in sweat and can't talk 'cause I'm breathing so hard, and she's singing and pointing out all the sights.

(Hope she doesn't read this. Could be trouble... I was just joking Sweety!)

Edit to set the record straight: I had to buy a HR monitor for my wife because she was working TOO hard on the back of the tandem, and arriving home completely exhausted. I kept telling her to turn it down a notch, but she wouldn't until I got her the monitor and she saw how hard she was working in comparison to me. Turns out I'm the lazy one. (And no, Sweety did not see or request this correction.)

or
{[(1.1)*(1.5)*(400)]^2}*(# of time this happens)
or maybe its a triangle thing:
{[(1.1)*(1.5)*(50+400)*'pregnancy factor']^2 + [(1.1)*(1.5)*(50+400)]^2 } ^(1/2)

I always ride with friends SO.. so in Jan I did 303 road miles (.4) = 121.2 with fSO (1.5)= 181.8 plus the rides with my SO and friend SO...
