I was looking at the specs on these bikes and was considering which to buy let me know your opinion. I am a smaller rider 5'5" 165 lbs. I enjoy trail riding my only concern is the rear shock on the FS warrior DS trail. Other wise they are similiarly priced 10 dollar difference and both under $600...opinions much appreciated.

Buy the hardtail

If I were choosing between the two, I would buy the Warrior Expert. You are not getting much in a full suspension rig at $600, and if this is your budget you need to maximize it in terms of the quality of the build. The Warrior Expert is going to be the better bike in this respect.
