I am looking for some new UST tires. After reading everything i could find i have narrowed it down to these two in 2.1. I have previously ridden panaracer fire xc pro which were great but very slow rolling; and i am currently on kenda karma's which roll fast but don't grip in the corners whatsoever. I ride mostly in Virginia with some pisgah and some New England mixed in. I generally don't ride too much when it's real muddy becuase of the "virginia red clay" issues. right now i am leaning towards the IRC's because of a killer deal if found--anyone have any advice?

Going by your criteria I would pick the Serac.

I also ride in Virginia and the Serac is my favorite tire for all conditions.
