Just posting about a pair of Ion elbow pads that have completely disintegrated after a single season of use. The pads have not been crashed in and only used about 2-3 times a week from June 2020. The internal foam under the plastic shell has cracked into thousands of pieces inside of the pocket. It is odd because we have owned the Ion K-pact zip knee pads for over 3 seasons and they are still going strong. Maybe an alteration to the Sas-tec material?
Has anyone else had this issue with the Ion SAS-tec foam?
