I just bought an XC disc wheelset from Universal Cycles, and have a question.

The wheels obviously will not come with the rotors or cassette, so will this affect dishing or truing significantly when they are put on the wheels?

fwiw- the wheelset is 32H, XT-756 hubs laced to Mavic 517 rims with straight gauge spokes and brass nipples.

The spacing on the hub has already taken into account both the rotors and the cassette. You'll be fine. It may need trued up after the first few rides, but should be fine after that, like most other new wheelsets.
