I want a slack, 5 - 6 inch AM/DH-ish 29er for some rough alpine singletrack riding this summer, but there is none that is slack enough in HA for my taste. At the moment Ive been looking at a used Intense SS and since it has modular dropouts it would be possible to convert it to 29" wheels. And I have vague memory of someone who did this already and posted a thread about it, but cant find it when searching. Is there anyone who remember this thread and can give a hint of what it was called???

I recall it was an intense socom and he had some D.O. made to stretch out the wheel base but that is all I remember.
