Is there a downloadable manual for the Intense 6.6? I need to know what air pressures to run for my weight(175 w/gear). I downloaded the Fox DHX Air manual from Fox but it doesn't have a guide for weight.

I am completely disappointed in Intenses website or lack thereof. Foes has a clean, excellent website packed full of everything you need. It doesn't load in a second window sized down either. Intense isn't the only one guilty of a wannabe fancy nonfunctional website.

I have a medium 6.6 and weigh about the same as you. I run about 220-230 psi in main chamber, 100-125 psi in boost valve with the volume screwed in all the way. That seems to work the best for me. Good luck with your tuning.
