Is there a downloadable manual for the Intense 6.6? I need to know what air pressures to run for my weight(175 w/gear). I downloaded the Fox DHX Air manual from Fox but it doesn't have a guide for weight.

I am completely disappointed in Intenses website or lack thereof. Foes has a clean, excellent website packed full of everything you need. It doesn't load in a second window sized down either. Intense isn't the only one guilty of a wannabe fancy nonfunctional website.

I have a medium 6.6 and weigh about the same as you. I run about 220-230 psi in main chamber, 100-125 psi in boost valve with the volume screwed in all the way. That seems to work the best for me. Good luck with your tuning.

i'm running whatever it came as (what is it...100psi?)
seems so damn more plush than when I was running 200, but i haven't gone on any big drops.
I weigh about 168 without my hydration pack
