Impossible to say from that photo. Not much detail visible. There has been very little change in the 5point5 since it's inception. The shock looks like an old Fox adjustable volume Float so I'd guess at 2004.

The stickers look to be the yellow and carbon making it a 2004.
In 2005 and beyond they went with the current black stickers...
Someone correct me if I'm wrong...
