Does anyone know where to get integrated stem for 05 Boxxers? So far I've only managed to come up with one from SIC. Also is there any way I can purchase them online as I'm outside the US.

One place..

I know of carries the SIC stem. Here it is.

Looks pretty badazz, but I'm holding out for the E13 or Truvativ version. Most of these stems currently seem very hard to find, hopefully this will improve.
