Hi guys, just realized my new frame has an integrated headset but this idiot ordered an inset headset by accident... What are the chances that I'd be able to just pop the bearings in there with no issues? Thanks!

Just check the bearings sizes and compare to the old bearings.
Chances are you won't find any problems on just dropping the bearings in.

just looked it up... turns out i'm good on the bottom but the top is apparently an IS42 and the inset headset I got is a 41mm bearing... FML

I always confirm the ID, OD, height and inner and outer seat angles to be sure.

Out of curiosity, have you ever seen different angles? I heard they exist, but never seen any different than mine. At least not visually different.
