2016 Raeigh Skarn Pro 27.2mm Seatpost (410mm), 1x

Would prefer inner cable routing.
I have a port on upper left near headset. Would putting lever on L/S be ok? I know not ideal
Will cable make a good enough bend near BB?
I am looking at Wiggle's Brand-X w/105mm drop, I would need to buy shifter style lever.

Any other input appreciated.

If there is no port for a dropper cable in the seat tube you have no choice but to run it internally. Fishing it through the bottom bracket area can be a bit tricky. The Park tool internal routing kit can be used, or something similar jury rigged. With the Park tool, you put one cable with a magnet down the downtube and the mating cable and magnet down the seat tube and try to get them to hook up. The magnets tend to stick to ferrous metal parts/screws along the way (particularly a steel crank spindle) so it can take some finagling and use of an external magnet to help guide things. In some cases it may be quicker/easier to gain access by removing the BB.
