Is there an on-line listing of all available Cannondale parts like hubs and stuff? I would like to see a comparision of the different models like the Fire, Wind, etc. Which one is best? What are the differences? Why is this stuff so hard to find?

The reason you don't find info is because Cannondale hubs are just rebranded crappy Formula hubs. They used to be made by DT but the last years, it's Formula and they are heavy, have slow freehubs and are not very durable... Basically, no one would want to brag about crappy OEM parts like these, especially Cannondale who have a reputation to make good products. These hubs are almost as bad as a Lefty is good and there is a reason why you don't see them speced on higher end models anymore, they now spec bikes with DT, Shimano and other hubs that are worlds better than the Fire and Wind hubs were. You should look somewhere else.

Well the reason I'm asking is because I've recently bought several wheelsets for my Rush and wife's soon to be built Jekyll. The sets are all Mavic 819's with the Omega Lefty front hub but the rear hubs are as follows:
24 spoke DT Swiss 340
24 spoke Cannondale Wind
32 spoke Cannondale Fire
The reason I'm asking is because although I know the DT Swiss is the best hub I really want the 32 spoke wheels on my Rush. I ride kind of rough rooty trails (but no jumps or drops) and my Rush is set up more like a trail bike than racer. I have a 2x9 drivetrain and 2.25 Tires on it. Also I'm running Hayes Mag brakes with 8" rotors and I don't think the 24 spoke wheels would be a good idea with those.

Yeah! Who makes the Omega front hub?
I have asked the question a few times and no one has replied.
My local shop refers to the shiny product catalog for questions like this. The catalog of course being short on information too.

Cannondale farms out the manufacturing of alot of stuf. The hubs are one. FWIW, there are no "levels" of Lefty hub, just the one. It's most likely made by FRQ Machining, Davis and Tate manufacturing, Everly Bros machine shop, or some other such thing. (All names are fictitional) Some big job shop makes them, not Chris King, Hugi, Shimano etc. Omega stuff is the top of the heap. Use whatever you like, and when it blows up, buy new stuff. Worrying about which level of OEM stuff is akin to being concerned about which box of Wheaties to buy, the one with the football player, or the tennis player.

When I was looking for info on my Fire Disc rear hub, I just e-mailed Cannondale and got a very helpful response in less than a day. The only spec they wouldn't give me was weight.vitaccop said:
