I would buy Commencal Supreme DH WC used but I have some doubts.
The bike is this:

The seller tells me that is a model year 2010, but looking at the internet should be a model year 2009, or I'm wrong?
They told me that the 2009 models have problems to rear, and can break, is it?
In addition, the size M for that rider height is ok?

I had a long chat about the difference between the '09 and '10 frames with the Commencal Race Team Manager before I bought my frame. The '09's definitely had issues with welds cracking. I would stay away from a used '09 frame.

He showed me all the improvements on the '10 frames (thicker welds and more of them). The team had zero issues with the '10 product.

I would contact Commencal directly with the serial # and ask them if it was built to the '09 or '10 specifications. They are pretty responsive.

The frames fit large. I am 1.8m tall. If my medium frame was the smallest amount larger, it would be to big.

i have a 09er supreme DH for 2 years now, its a very nice bike, love the way it works especially geo and performance of the rear suspension.
For the cracking problem, i don`t know, mine is o.k.
There are two sizes, S/M an M/L.
I have a a S/M and it fit me perfect, at 1,70m a little bit longer would be o.k. too.
But frame size is very much down to personal preferences.
