check out the following link: http://utahmountainbiking.com/. The Ogden BST is nice if you need to stay close. I would also check ot Meuller Park, but ride up the back side. If you have time, PC trails are the best in the Wasatch-hit up Mid Mountain. That being said, ride early or late, unless your at a high elevation.
If you're in Farmington the two best and closest options are Mueller Park and Snowbasin. Mueller is about 10 miles from Farmington and goes up one canyon and you come down another, which can be ridden as a loop. Snowbasin is about 20 miles away and has a very good system of trails.
