"Im a Turner Guy and You're a H-O-M-O"

Taken from a saying on a t-shirt worn by (sadly) now former Grumman F-14 Naval Aviators (Im a Tomcat Guy..) who knew how damn good their aicraft were how lucky they were to drive one, while others putted along on substandard piles of ca-ca.

OK, maybe not the most politically correct saying. So whats the (publishable) alternative that sums up how we feel about owning/piloting the finest frames around?

Im a Turner Guy and youre a [fill it in].

You're a Turner Guy and I don't care.....

It is posts of this ilk that will quickly alienate others from this fantastic brand. :madman: It's not helping David's business and not cool to play elitist when there are plenty of fantastic brands out there. One thing people should learn is that we're all out here riding, wether it is on a Turner, Ellsworth, Trek or Huffy. I understand this is mostly just on the boards, at some point it eventually spills out to the trails.... I hate to sound like some poor sap, but we need to unite the community, not slpinter it to the haves and have-nots...

No wonder Aqua left the boards..... they are quickly becoming a waste of time and wit.....

Lighten up Francis It's still just a bike and it's gonna get dirty, just like my old Schwinn...

It's not cool to not have a sense of humor either.

I'll tell you what, you lighten up and I'll give you a hug.:ihih:

Jon - for such a preachy response, your profile ain't exactly politically correct:
Bike Setup:
My main rides - 2006 Ellsworth Moment, 1997 GT Avalanch Singlespeed, Your mom, 1979 Yamaha RD400 Daytona Special (Custom), Your Sister, 1988 Powell/Peralta Skateboard w/kryptonics
Day job:
Your Mom's Poolboy.....

But you intended this as a joke too, right?

It's true. I punched a guy in the nuts a few days ago while screaming "nice turner" at his scott carbon fiber thing. Then I broke it over my knee.

And I wasn't even riding my turner. But everything I've learned in life comes from this board and it's served me well.

Holy crap...just having a little fun. In my *somewhat* short time here, there is one vibe I got and that was the incredible appreciation of DT and his brand from the riders. Now, I find there is this thing called "Turner Guilt"???? Yikes!

Some folks need to lighten up.

A lot.
