I've been ordering a number of things for my build on Ebay and a few from this store. They seem to have decent prices and ship reasonably quick. But if you have any issues, problems or special requests, forget it! They have absolutely no customer service at all. They never answer emails, even if you have return problems. Like if they send you a broken item or the wrong item. It took weeks of pestering to get a one line reply.

I'd rather pay a few extra bucks someplace else. Never had any issues at Jenson that they wouldn't fix in a heartbeat.

Long story short: My friend and several others online bought wtb 2.4 mutanoraptor tires on ebay which were listed with the msrp of being the msrp for the kevlar tire.
The tires show up and they are wire bead.
Do you think you can get ahold of icycles to fix the situation? No. No email replies or anything. They finally come on the newsgroup rec.bicycles.marketplace two weeks later and give some BS answer about they are too busy to reply.... but they aren't busy enough to take the money!

When asked why they said the wire bead tires had a higher msrp of the kevlar listed they said it was a mistake but they would not refund the money.

West, did you pay with credit card? file a complaint, don't let it go!
better buisness bureau is also another course you can take. gambling in the casino probably takes up most of their time! :eek:

They suck!

I'd never miss an opportunity to disparage their reputation. They SUCK!!! I ordered a small part on ebay, they sent the wrong one. Tried to contact in a number of ways. Finally felt that leaving a bad comment was my only choice to get them to respond. They responded with a total lie - and blocked me from bidding on anything else.

Heh...i filed a paypal complaint once for non-receipt, and afterwards they blocked my ebay handle from bidding on their auctions.

I paid, never got the parts, got my money back thru paypal and poof... persona non grata for them.

just made a purchase also as no one else had the 10 year old part.ZERO replies when asked questions-only a generated generic responce.as the buyer,I'm still waiting for THEM to leave a feedback.for some reason they play the waiting game as if they expect a negative responce. .....don't deal with unless no one else has the part. pay by c.c. incase they fool around.
