That would be the Ibis Silk Ti. There's some not so good photos of the bike here - there's also some of the Ripley which was the aluminum version of the Silk Ti. The chainstay design is a John Castellano design which is still in use on his bikes. He doesn't show the ti version on his site, but he's still making them (or rather, Steve Potts is making the ti frames for him).
