A friend of mine was at the 09 US Open and asked Lopes about his Tranny. He said that the only difference was that his sliding rear triangle was glued or bonded instead of the stock bolts.

is the head angle too steep? 
it's 70° with a 100mm fork ... and the maximum fork length the frame can take is 120mm..
