Luckily I have never had to do a warranty before. My 741 wheels are the **** and have taken an insane beating over 3 seasons of enduro racing. I finally put a big enough surface crack in the rear wheel to warrant sending in. Honestly, I could probably keep riding them. With the crack they held up through two days of racing BME at Big Sky last weekend.

I took them to the dealer on Monday and haven't heard much yet. Don't know what I will do without being able to ride for like a week or two.

Anyone been through a warranty through a good local dealer? How long did it take? I know once they receive the rim they will have to re-build the wheel which takes some time.

I'd ping Ibis on it, they are good about getting back to folks. Sounds to me like you most likely be looking at some sort of crash replacement vs warranty. Also, I believe Ibis did have a shorter warranty period when the 741's were made. Good luck

All good. Getting a free 742 rim. Shipped to shop and rebuilt by shop to my hub. Stoked.
