The Trophy Pro frame has a geometry that lends itself nicely to XC racing and riding, much like the description on the Ibex website states. It has a pretty beefy gussett up front, bi-ovalized downtubing, and will take some aggressive XC riding. If you're looking for a true AM hardtail frame, you'll probably want a slacker head angle, and one that's made to take a fork in the 125mm to 140mm frame. Again, the website recommends a fork with less than 100mm travel.
I hope this helps.
