All this talk about bike names is making me want to rename my venerable Voodo.

Decided my drops just weren't gonna cut it anymore with all the problems I already have with my back. So thanks to ebay, I bought some used 8spd xtr shifter/brake combos.. These things are nice. I took them apart to inspect for wear and the inside is all metal! I don't think they are ever going to wear out. I also forgot how easy 8 speed is to set up, maybe I can get a stockpile of old cassettes and shifters for my other bike.

So is it a rigid 29'er? I hear that all the cool kids ride those...
